Although the kids would have loved to pick berries, there was only one day to pick 2 buckets, get 1 bucket free, and the kids were in school. So, I went and quickly picked 3 buckets - there were so many berries!
With 3 gallons of berries, we ate plenty, made some jam,
and a pie!
And strawberry season means the other berries are coming . . . . YAY!! I can't wait!
