Yesterday I dropped Alyssa off at the airport. 5 1/2 months shy of not having to fly as an unaccompanied minor - I got to take her to the gate and see her plane off.
She'll be in CT for 3 weeks working for Robert's brother and sister-in-law, helping take care of their four children.
We are excited she has this opportunity, but will miss her here.
I'll also try to post more often so she can keep up with stories and pictures we won't get to when we talk on the phone.
