Ever since moving to Georgia, I have not been able to make a great loaf of bread. It must be something with the humidity or that I have made some may "soft dough" bread items (pizza crust, rolls, etc.) that I have forgotten what a good "loaf" dough looks like.
I attempted a cinnamon swirl bread and it turned out better then other attempts at loaves of bread.

Of course, once you dip home made any home made bread in an egg mixture, cook it and top it with vanilla sugar - it turns out GREAT.
