Our long summer vacation trip began with a LONG ride from GA to MO. We were glad to arrive at Grandma and Grandpa Lehnardt's house.
We saw family that live in the area (Stephen and his family and Eddie). We loved playing games and seeing them again. It had been a year since we drove through MO when we moved from Utah to Georgia.
We went to the property in Far West. The girls went to see the creek. Logan loves tractors and was always near one. Jake loves tractors too, but there are too noisy for him.
Tractors are obviously not to noisy for Logan as he fell asleep while riding with Grandma.
I told my mom her neighbors there must think she is that crazy lady in white (she wears while or light colored clothes to see the bugs more easily) who grooms her acres of grass. She will mow the field areas regularly because she likes them groomed. They are hoping a neighbor will use their fields for their cows and decrease the amount of mowing needed.
